Crafted from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel and internally ceramic-coated, the Double Down is designed for heat control, durability, and optimal performance.
Customization Options:
Segmented Welds: Achieve a raw, pie-cut look with multiple weld fragments along the pipe.
O2 Bungs: Required for 2007-present EFI Sportsters unless using O2 eliminators.
Tip Styles: Choose from 45° or 90° tip, slash cut, teardrop, or straight-cut ends.
Integrated Flange Kit: Eliminates OEM snap-ring flanges, making installation simpler and more secure.
