Like all of our other exhausts, the TWIST is constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, including the flanges, bungs, and pipes. This ensures exceptional durability and a long lifespan. It's also heat wrap friendly, allowing for further customization. In contrast, mild steel exhausts corrode over time due to moisture and condensation.
How to Customize your Exhaust ?
O2 Bungs — If you have a 2007-2022+ Sportster, you will NEED O2 bungs. It's essential for proper air/fuel management from the ECM. (Unless you're running o2 eliminators.)
Tips — Adds a bit of flare to the ends, whether its a 45 or 90 degree tip, slash cut tips, or teardrop tips. If you choose “none”, you will get straight tips.
Integrated Flange Kit — With our flange kit, you don't have to reuse your OEM flanges. That can be a nuisance because the OEM flanges are snap-ring equipped, requiring special tools and more time to install/remove the exhaust. This adds convenience and less fragile parts to your exhaust system thus, simplifying it all around.
