The YS8 is handmade from stainless steel from the collector to the muffler, even our o2 bungs are made by us. This 2-1 exhaust is equipped with a resonated muffler and is compatible with all 1986 Sportsters to 2020+. Compatible with both mid & forward controls. It also doesn’t need to be heat wrapped because we internally ceramic coat the pipes, so you don’t need to cover up the stainless finish. Being made from stainless, it will resist corrosion and rusting. Like all of our other exhausts, it starts at 1.75" at the flange, stepped to 2” to a Y collector into a reverse cone muffler.

Important Information:

O2 Bungs : If you have a 2007-2022+ Sportster, you will NEED O2 bungs. It's essential for proper air/fuel ratio from your ECM. (Unless you're running o2 eliminators.)

Integrated Flange Kit: With our flange kit, you don't have to reuse your OEM flanges. That can be a nuisance because the OEM flanges are snap-ring equipped, requiring special tools and more time to install/remove the exhaust. This adds convenience and less fragile parts to your exhaust system, therefore simplifying it all around. This system comes standard with our flanges, they are not optional unlike our other exhausts.
